Shipping policy

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs differ per product and are calculated and shared just before checkout. For example, shipping of an order above €50 to an address in the Netherlands is free. Depending on the size and weight of the product, we have 3 shipping rates in the Netherlands:

  1. Envelope - €1
  2. Mailbox Package - €4
  3. Package - €6
  4. Free > €50

For shipping to UK

  1. Mailbox package and parcel up to 2 kg - €15,50
  2. Mailbox package and parcel from 2-6 kg - €17,50
  3. Free > €175

For shipping to Belgium

  1. Mailbox package and packet - €9,25
  2. Free > €100

For shipping to Germany

  1. Mailbox package and parcel - €10
  2. Free > €125

For shipment to France

  1. Mailbox package and parcel - €15
  2. Free > €150

For shipment to United States of America

  1. Mailbox package and parcel - €30

When will my order be delivered?

Personalised products such as, enamel cups, memory boxes, plastic plates and plastic mugs are dispatched within 3 - 5 working days after design approval.

Non-personalised products that are in stock are dispatched within 1 or 2 working days.

Personalised growth charts and wall stickers are dispatched within 1 to 2 weeks (usually sooner than 2 weeks) after design approval.

Please note, this is an indication and no guarantee. It can always happen that the package takes a little longer, due to busy times at the shipping company. Of course we will do our best to deliver your order as fast as possible.

Can I change my address after ordering?
If you have accidentally entered incorrect address details when ordering, you must first cancel your order and then re-order.

Track and trace
All orders are shipped via PostNL. If it fits in an envelope, we use stamps. If it is a package, you will receive a track and trace code.

I still haven't received my order, what can I do?
If you still have not received your parcel, we always advise you to first check the track & trace code of your parcel on the PostNL website.

If it has been reported but not yet sent, then we are still busy packing and sending your order. If your parcel has been in the sorting process for a while, please send us an e-mail to miestogo@gmail.com with your order number.

If the parcel is listed as delivered, but you have not received it yet? Check your mailbox for a note from the courier, sometimes it goes to a service point. Or ask the neighbours.

Can I send my parcel to someone else?
You can, just fill in the address of the recipient in the check-out under the heading 'shipping address' and your own details under 'billing address'. Would you like it to be wrapped as a gift with a card? Please send an email to miestogo@gmail.com.
